All divisional teams must be registered with the district for the upcoming season.  The deadline for divisional team registrations is May 25th.  In order to register your team, please have the following items to the registrar before the deadline:
For Returning Coaches and Teams 

1. Last season’s ID cards
2. Risk Management Forms - they must be completed every year and all coaching staff should have one – includes, coaches, assistant coaches, managers & team moms
3. A completed team roster
4. Team Registrations – must have a minimum of 11 registered players with completed registration forms and full payment. NO LATER THAN MAY 25 /2008
5. All players in U11 & up need an ID card please ensure a 1x1 colour photo and a copy of the birth certificate is attached to each registration.
6. All players in U16 get a new ID card issued please ensure a 1x1 colour photo and a copy of the birth certificate is attached to each registration.

New Coaches

Playing Boundaries

ATTN ALL COACHES AND PLAYERS

BELOW IS THE PLAYING BOUNDARIES TO BE CONSIDERED IN DISTRICT PLAYER
The Fraser River in the North, 40th Avenue in the South, 120th Street in the West and 196th Street in the East any area beyond that is considered out of district and will require an OUD form signed each season from the district the player resides in, no more than 3 Out of district players per team.

For all girls teams, please ensure there is at least one female on the coaching staff.

1. Coaches wishing to have Gold, Silver, or Bronze REP teams must apply in writing to the Club Executive by April 1st of each year.
2. Divisional coaches / teams must have 11 players registered by May 31 of each season.
3. Non-select divisional teams must take all players assigned to them, up to a maximum of 18 players. Try out selection is normally done in the spring of each year.
